I am a retired professor suffering from slow moving ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease, a neurological condition which has impaired my walking, balance, and speech. This forced me to retire early in my career (only 30 years!!!!!!!). My mind is the same and my eagerness to help students is the same. I have a counseling background, need encouragement?
