My sincere thanks to my friend Professor David Smith of the WCSU Department of Music for offering his percussion talents to my Saint Patrick's Day "Bagpiper on the Green" performances for many years. He is a gifted, professional musician and a very nice man, a "good sport" all these many years. Thank you Dave!
Thanks to WCSU for its wonderful facilities and staff: the public relations department, the events office, the WCSU police department, the custodial department, and all my family and friends who attended the concerts.
Many thanks to Peggy Stewart, WCSU photographer, who took many pictures of our events over the years, many being used in this website. Many thanks to Sherri Hill and her colleagues of the WCSU public relations department for always helping us to spread the word.
Also, my thanks to the Presidents of WCSU during my 30 year career at WCSU for their attendance at performances, their wonderful support in facilities and emotional generosity: Dr. Robert Bersi, Dr. Steven Feldman, Dr. James Roach, and Dr. James Schmotter. Special mention and thanks to Dr. Philip Steinkrauss, Vice President of Academic Affairs, for his faithful attendance and encouragement.
My thanks to my faculty and staff colleagues who always showed kindness and support. Lastly, my thanks to the Chairs, faculty, and staff of the WCSU music department for their assistance in so many ways over these many years.
A special thank you to my wife Mary who helped with these concerts in so many ways. Thanks to her for her support and encouragement and devotion to me.
Also, a special thank you to Phyllis Machell, my first wife, who died of cancer in 1997, for helping in the early days of these concerts. She was very helpful and became very devoted to these concerts. My 1998 concert was dedicated to her loving memory. tiffany window
